When first seeing this photo some people think it is fake, rendered by computer graphics. It looks so iconic, perfect and clean. 

Well, what I know is that I took this photo on May 14th at Newport Beach, California. The place really looks like this. Maybe that's the reason why a tiny house in $3 Mio there...
